Our Service

Reloved Clothing Co is a unique rent-a-rack preloved fashion store. We provide an easy way for you to recycle your good quality garments, earn money and help the world become more sustainable.
We accept only high quality, clean and undamaged clothing and accessories for sale at our Store. We reserve the right to reject or remove any items that we deem unsuitable for sale or presentation at the Store.
By choosing to Rent a Rack the Seller agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions set by Reloved Clothing Co. Please note Reloved Clothing Co reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Charges and Payment of Proceeds

Rack rental rates are detailed on our Website and are subject to change.
Rack bookings can be made online or by coming into the Store. Rack rental fees must be paid at time of booking. Rental fees are not refundable within 14 days of the reservation start date, and no refunds are issued if the Seller decides to finish their rental early.
Date change requests within 14 days of reservation start date are not guaranteed and will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Reservations moved to a later date will not be eligible for a refund.
The proceeds of sales are paid to the Sellers Bank Account within 7 days of the end of the rental period.

Selling

  1. Once you have booked your rack, you can start itemising and pricing your garments in our online booking system. The system allows a short description up to 35 characters – for example “Country Road Trench Coat Size 12”.
  2. When your rack rental starts, we will print barcode price tags at the store for you to attach to the items if you are unable to do so at home. Our store system reads only the provided bar codes – items without a barcode will not be sold.
  3. Make sure all items are clean, undamaged and pressed/steamed before you bring them to the store.
  4. Bring items to the store in the morning of the start date of your rental period. We will assign you a rack and provide the hangers and price tags if you have not printed your own. You set up your rack with the number of items of clothing and accessories applicable to your booking.
  5. Reloved Clothing Co does not provide any storage space for sellers. Any packaging, bags etc must be taken with you, they are not to be left at the Store. The aisles must be always kept clear.
  6. You are welcome to come in every few days to refill your rack. You can follow your sales real time in our Zellr app.
  7. Your rack must be emptied on the last day of the rental agreement. Please ensure you come at least one hour before store closing time to collect any leftover items. It is possible for the Staff of Reloved Clothing Co to pack up your rack for you if required, but you must inform us a minimum of 2 days prior. The price for this service is $50. In case the rack isn’t emptied by the time the rent finishes a $50 packing fee will be taken from your sales amount.
  8. Clothes not collected within 7 days of rental finishing will become property of Reloved Clothing Co and will be donated to Charity.
  9. When packing away your clothes please double check to make sure the clothes are yours.
  10. It is strictly forbidden to sell stolen items or someone else’s belongings. Any offences will be reported to the Police.
  11. We have a strict no return/exchange policy. We are not responsible for any faulty products. It is the rack holder’s responsibility to inform the buyers of any faults or defects on that particular items price tag.
  12. Reloved Clothing Co takes no responsibility for any goods that are misplaced during your rental, but we do our best for this not to happen. We take no responsibility for the damage of your items in case of a fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism or any other factor out of our control.
  13. We will pay your profits to your nominated bank account within 7 days after your rack rental finishes. A valid ID must be presented at the time of your final account.
  14. Should you wish to cancel the rack rental before it is finished, we pay the profits you’ve made so far, but no refund of the unused rent is issued.
  15. Bank Account details for profit payouts need to be provided when booking by email to info@relovedclothingco.com.au. If the bank account details provided are incorrect, and payout is done to a wrong bank account, Reloved Clothing Co is not liable for an incorrect bank transfer and Customer may lose the payout if the Bank will not refund it.
