A suitcase, washing basket or plastic tub are easy options for the transportation of your items.

No, once you have priced your items, that is the price the customer must pay for it.  We will not discount your items unless instructed by you.

Due to the nature of the retail industry, it is possible that items may get stolen or damaged.  A Reloved Clothing Co we take no responsibility in the case of theft, fire, water damage, robbery or damage to your items in store by Customers or any other factor out of our control.

GOOD QUALITY current fashion label/designer brands in clean, excellent condition.  Clothes, shoes and handbags (excluding underwear, swimwear and jewellery)

We recommend selling clothing that is in season at the time.

MOST IMPORTANT:  Clothes MUST be clean, washed, free from odour, ironed, undamaged, well presented and fashionable.

If any unsuitable items are noticed after your rack is set up, Reloved Clothing Co will remove them from your rack.

Definitely! As you sell your items you are welcome to replace them at anytime during business hours.  You can follow your sales on our Zellr app in real time. Please do not exceed your rack limits.

Yes, we have a change room in store for customers to try on items.

No, the individual rack renter sets the price for each of their own items.

What time is the Set Up/Pick Up?2024-10-18T06:29:50+00:00

You can set up your rack anytime during business hours.  The best time is opening time to get the most out of your first rental day. Pick up is an hour prior to closing time on your last day of rental. If you are unable to pick up your unsold clothes on your last day, please let us know ASAP and we can pack your clothes for you.  Surcharge for packing and storing clothes is $50 and will be deducted from your profits.

Do I need to bring my own Coat Hangers?2024-09-20T03:37:09+00:00

We provide all the coat hangers for your rack.  We prefer you to use our coat hangers for a uniform display.

How do I print labels?2024-10-10T23:58:04+00:00

You can print the labels at home or from any device that is connected to a printer.  You will need to be able to login to Zellr and print direct from the software or you can download the PDF and print it that way. If none of that is possible, we can print them for you in store.

What booking system do you use?2024-09-20T03:36:42+00:00

We use Zellr which is an online cloud based booking system.

Here you create an account and login.  This will then give you access to the Zellr platform where you can select your rental period and which rack you would like.  You can then create your barcodes for the items you would like to sell by typing in the description, price and size etc.  When your rental period begins you will be able to login to Zellr online or use the App to track how your sales are going in real time.

How long can I rent a rack for?2024-09-20T03:36:19+00:00

All rentals are booked in advance and you can book for as many weeks as you like. Most renters would book for either 1 or 2 weeks.
